We don't want to make the answer sound like a sales pitch, but the reality is, that the sooner you book the better choice of vehicle availability you will have. Typically 9 to 15 months is advisable, although we will take bookings up to the end of next year. If your special day is much closer do check as we may still be able to meet your needs.

A deposit of £50 or 15% of the total hire charge, whichever is the greater, is required at the time of booking, the balance being payable four weeks in advance of the special occasion. See full terms and conditions.

It depends on your special occasion requirement and where it is. Every quotation is bespoke to you, ranging from a simple single journey to multi journey multi car events. Prices can be from as little £95. This is inclusive of VAT - so there are no hidden extras!

The car, chauffeur, ribbons and bows in a wide choice of colours and a floral arrangement in the car. In addition to this, all cars carry mineral water, tissues, first aid kit, white umbrellas - and an emergency sewing kit!

A typical church or registry office wedding is around 3.5 to 4 hours and the car will arrive at the collection address approximately 15 to 20 minutes before the agreed departure time. The car will wait during the ceremony and while photos are taken before transporting you to the reception. The car will stay until the completion of photography at the reception location.

A complimentary half bottle of champagne for between the ceremony and reception (twin venue only) is included for the bride and groom. If you require a full bottle or champagne in a second car then this can be arranged at additional cost.

It depends on locations. Only if the bridal collection point is within 15 minutes driving time to the official ceremony venue is it practical to make two trips to the church, taking the bridesmaids on the first one. However, even then you should consider that the bridesmaids will have a 30 - 40 minute wait outside the venue. So unless the distance is much less, we would recommend the use of a second car.

We do a single venue package designed exactly for this type of celebration. This includes driving the bride from the initial location to the official ceremony venue and the car waiting until the end of the official ceremony and then taking the bride and groom for a short drive. Time is allowed for photography. Please confirm your requirement at time of booking as the service and the subsequent cost can be tailored to exactly what you need.

No. The car is only ever used for one booking per day and is booked exclusively for your use on your special occasion. Multiple events with the same car on the same day can lead to problems and we don't want the possibility of anything spoiling your day.

Yes we do a service called honeymoon departure, which can be used to collect the bride and groom at the end of the reception, either in the evening or on the following day and take them to another location within the area designated on the map. However this service must be arranged no later than at the time of paying any outstanding balance and paid for at that time.

All drivers will be smartly dressed to suit your occasion, special dress may be accommodated, please discuss this at time of booking.
